Flexible Homecare Services, Individually Tailored To SUIT YOU
Whilst we specialise in certain health conditions and support areas, we are very passionate about developing and training our team to be able to support as many people as possible in their own home and will always continue to develop and expand our expertise.
Services we offer include:
Many of our customers are able to remain at home but just need that little bit of extra support, whether it be to assist them out of bed, help with personal care or just prepare a meal for them. This is why a rising number of families are moving towards domiciliary care (home care) as it gives them the control of the care that is being received.
Care can be from 1 visit per week up to several visits per day based on your individual requirements.
REABLEMENT VISITS
The same as short term visits, we work with local authorities to provide support for anyone who requires care at home following discharge from hospital to help you to continue to live at home independently.
A reablement care package can be put in place to assist you getting back on your feet or just to assist with medication. Typically reablement care is fully funded by the local authority, however, this can depend on personal circumstances.
After the period of reablement care has ended, an assessment will take place at your home with professionals from other organisations such as Social Services for a decision to be made to identify if your care package is required long term and if so, what support is required from everyone involved to allow you to remain in your own home for as long as possible.
OTHER SERVICES
Providing care in your own home is often seen as just giving personal care or medication assistance, however, providing care and support can be a whole lot more and we often forget about other tasks such as going shopping or attending social events like weekly clubs at local community centres, a game of afternoon bingo or just a catch up with friends or a few hours in your own home with someone to share some memories with.
Awarding Care provide a whole range of domestic services such as shopping, cooking, cleaning, companionship or helping you access local services as required.

Established since 2015, Awarding Care have a passion for providing quality care to a high standard to the local community.
