We cover areas across the Sandwell and Dudley boroughs and are approved providers with both Sandwell Metropolitan Council and Dudley Metropolitan Council.

You’ll need to have the desire to help and care for people to give them the best support possible. To be that person who they look forward to walking through the door, even if it’s just for a chat and a cup of tea. The emotional support you can provide to someone just by being there plays a crucial part in many of our clients.
You’ll need to be kind, patient and compassionate and have the ability to understand and follow procedures
The physical part of the job involves visiting the homes of our Service Users to provide personal care, help with domestic duties, companionship, help with shopping or other tasks outside of the home.

Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in care before, we provide full training and on-the-job coaching to make sure you are ready to work alone or part of a double-up team.

Established since 2015, Awarding Care have a passion for providing quality care to a high standard to the local community.
